FAQ About FamiMus

1. Are all Products Halal certified?

Yes, our Products are Halal and have Halal certifications from Accredited Halal Associations in Japan

2. Can I purchase from outside Japan?

No, unfortunately we only provide service within Japan only

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Credit Cards, PayPal, Cash On Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer methods

4. When I do Bank Transfer, how fast you can confirm the payment?

To facilitate easy confirmation process, we send email with order confirmation and request to reply back with screenshot of Bank Transfer, where FamiMus Shop admin will check with actual transferwire and send back the confirmation email to You

5. When will my orders be shipped?

If the order is done before 3pm, it will be shipped on the same day, after 3pm orders will be shipped next day

6. How can I track my shipment?

We send email with notification of shipment and tracking number, where you can find a tracking website link on it to track your parcel

7. Do you have FREE shipping policy?

It depends on each Shop (Vendor)’s shipping policy, please check their profile here

8. How can I cancel my order?

  1. If you already made payment via Credit Cards or PayPal and your orders are not shipped yet, you can Cancel your order by sending request via Contact Us form.
  2. If you chose Bank Transfer payment methods and you didn’t make a payment yet, you can Cancel your order in your Order History page.
  3. If your order parcel is already shipped, we can only Cancel and refund you if there are any issues with the order (wrong order items, defaults in  ordered items) .
